Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and personal care products, returns are accepted only if: The product is damaged during transit The wrong product was delivered

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return: The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging Proof (images or video) may be required

3. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items
Used or opened products Products damaged due to misuse Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
